All you need for a gravity racking operation is our 300 gallon stackable pallet tank and a forklift truck. Secure and raise the full tank to facilitate racking into the empty unit below. Tilt the lift slightly forward to ensure no wine is left behind. Our 300 gallon pallet tank sells for an $820 base price. Drain valve kits are $99 for 1.5", $119 for 2".
The pallet tank can be stacked 3 high when full (15 barrel equivalent on 40"x48" floorspace). It has a wide mouth clamp down lid to make for easy cleaning access. Many customers find the pallet tank extremely useful for moving juice and wine around on the back of a pick-up.
Our 570 gallon cell can be stacked 2 high. Its low profile makes it extremely useful for slotting into tight spaces. Add a second drain valve at the bottom with a racking elbow for sediment adjustment.
