The racking port kits are a combination of the BH1 or BH2 randomly positionable bulkhead fittings and the respective BV3 or BV4 valve kits.
The 1.5 in. unit accepts a 1.0 in. tube diameter racking elbow and the 2.0 in. a 1.5 in. tube diameter racking elbow.

The racking elbows fit through their respective ports and clamp to the tri-clamp bulkhead fitting. They may be installed either before the tank is filled with a valve clamped to the elbow or after the tank has been drained down to the level of the racking port-the elbow and valve are then installed and the remaining wine racked off the lees or sediment. The latter approach means only one elbow is required to rack several tanks. The handle for turning the elbow is mounted parallel to the tube to provide an index of the tube position in the tank. Racking Plate Kit.

The Racking plate kit includes a 5 in. diameter and 11 in. diameter plate. These are attached to the 24x1.5 in. racking tube with a hex head screw and may be interchanged as desired. The larger plate has proven useful for racking fruit wines that have fine sediments. Only the smaller disc applies to ECO style tanks with the 6 in. diameter. The kit includes a 1.5 in. tri-clover clamp and gasket for attaching a hose and a hex key for the attachment screw.
